Terms and conditions
Full payment for all sponsorship packages and exhibit booth spaces is required in advance of the event.
Related costs for exhibitor services (i.e. A/V, signage, electrical, water, etc.) will be in addition to the above and sourced directly. Further details will be provided early in 2027.
Exhibitors are not permitted to hold any social events or have any food and beverage within their booth space without express permission from McDonald’s Canada.
Exhibit space rental does not come with passes. Everyone attending the convention and/or working in a booth must register. Attendee registration opens January 2027.
No registration or pass is needed for Experience Floor set-up days; however an attendee pass will be needed to access the convention on April 28–29.
